• Core personal finance records are designed to be stored locally on the device.
• No MoneyLog account is required for core features.
• No bank login is required.
• Country detection does not require an IP-based internet lookup.
• Backup/export actions happen when the user chooses to create them.
• PIN and biometric options protect local app access.

If MoneyLog adds optional network-based services in a future release, this page and the Privacy Policy should be updated before that release is published.
