Getting started

BIG-FLYTX by MAS

Omni tracking and Customer Data Intelligence for WordPress and WooCommerce.

Starter guide

Install and start safely

Upload the plugin ZIP from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, activate BIG-FLYTX by MAS, then open BIG-FLYTX → Settings. Review privacy and retention controls before enabling collection.

Paused by default: activation alone does not collect or transmit visitor events. An administrator must authorize tracking and enable the relevant destinations.

Tracking modes

  • Full Tracking: browser and configured server delivery.
  • dataLayer Only: publish normalized events for Google Tag Manager.
  • Server Only: send server events when browser tracking is managed elsewhere.
  • Monitor Only: inspect event activity without sending to ad platforms.

Integrations and WooCommerce

Configure Meta, GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Reddit, Quora, Telegram and custom relays. WooCommerce events include product views, carts, checkout, purchases, order values and customer activity.

Privacy, consent and data retention

Raw PII storage is disabled by default. BIG-FLYTX supports consent controls, Do Not Track, masked admin data, configurable retention and WordPress personal-data export/erase hooks.

Troubleshooting

Use event IDs, duplicate checks, Activity, Reports, Diagnostics and Health Check to validate that conversions fire once. If another plugin already manages pixels, use dataLayer Only or Monitor Only while testing.
