I built the Sharifbag Islamia Kamil Madrasa website as a digital information and self-service hub for the institution, its students, parents, teachers and staff. The aim is to make school information, admission routes, academic notices and student-facing services easier to find online.
The public website presents the madrasa's history, leadership messages, education programmes, facilities, teacher directory, contact information and map location. It also links to relevant education boards and public institutions.
The online admission page collects academic, student and guardian details and supports photo/document uploads. Applicants can also enter a reference number to check admission status. A separate exam-result lookup page provides exam, academic-year and registration-number fields with a print option.
The notice board lists school announcements with view and download links. The site also provides photo and video galleries, academic-result notices, and navigation to admit-card and certificate resources.
Dedicated login routes are presented for students, guardians, teachers and staff. The deployed CodeIgniter application source also includes school-management modules for student records, examinations and marks, fees and attendance.
The deployed application uses PHP and CodeIgniter 3.1.13. This case study focuses on the live public site and the school-management modules confirmed in the server source.
