Privacy Policy

BIG-VYOR processes selected screen colors, manually entered colors, supported webpage color styles and user-selected local images on your device. Page scanning starts only when you choose Scan. Recent colors, preferences, gradients and saved palettes are stored in Chrome local extension storage. Page scan results and image pixels are not uploaded to MAS or other servers.

Webpage access and screen picking

BIG-VYOR accesses the active webpage when you request a page color scan or popup-based screen pick. Scanning examines computed text, background and border colors and checks whether elements contain text; it does not retain page text or form values. Screen picking uses Chrome's EyeDropper API and stores the selected color value, not a screenshot. There is no background browsing-history, click, keystroke or activity logging.

Clipboard and palette files

After you select a screen color, BIG-VYOR writes the color in your chosen format to the clipboard. Copy buttons write requested color values, CSS variables or gradient code. The extension does not read clipboard contents or monitor clipboard changes. Export and import files are selected and managed by you.

Cloud backup

Cloud backup and automatic sync are disabled. BIG-VYOR does not connect to MAS, Google or Apple accounts and does not automatically upload files.

Permissions and data use

Storage saves local tool data and preferences. Active tab and scripting enable user-requested color scanning and popup picking on the current webpage. Clipboard write copies selected colors without reading the clipboard. Color-tool data is not sent to external servers, sold or shared by the extension. All executable code is bundled locally; no remote JavaScript or WebAssembly is downloaded or executed.

This website and support

When you visit this website, normal website and hosting processing may include request logs such as IP address, browser user agent, request time and response status. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include. These interactions are separate from the extension's local color processing.
